    Hello,

I write because the company I work recently changed the antivirus (symantec) software to PCOP. We have observed that in our file servers are appearing .tmp files that are generated by Microsoft office when saving a document. These files are visible along with the original file and delete are not possible directly. I used a utility called process explorer to identify the process that has taken the file and the utility tells me it’s a process called PSANHOST.EXE which belongs to PCOP, I can only delete these files by closing the handle through this utility . This behavior is occurring on file servers with OS windows server 2012R2 and 2008R2. A file showing the above is attached. Would any of you do this problem occurred?

    Any help will be apprecited.

I didn’t find the right solution from the Internet.
